Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within the 30 days prior to the check-in date are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in may be accepted only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

A proven serious illness preventing travel.
A proven flight or ferry cancellation or missed flight/ferry due to circumstances beyond your control.
A proven border-related problem preventing you from reaching Morocco.

In such cases, we may review the situation on a case-by-case basis and determine whether a refund or an alternative solution is possible. A cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund, and reasonable supporting documentation may be required.
